Delivery and Returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 10 days from when you placed the original order.
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
- Strong odours (including smoke)
- Perfume smells
- Item(s) has make up on
- Tags tampered with or removed
Please fill out the returns form so that we know to expect your return. We also recommend that you use a tracked and signed method to return item(s) as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Return your parcel to: The Linen Lounge, 1 School Street, Old Town, Barnsley, S75 2TD or if you are local to us, why not drop it off during our opening hours.
As soon as we have received and checked the returned item(s), we will happily refund you without question minus the cost of the original shipping. You will be notified by email when we have issued your refund. Some payments show within 2 hours but depending on your bank, it could take up to 3 working days. PayPal refunds should show immediately.
Please note, to protect against fraud, refunds will only be made back to the original payment method.
- UK Standard delivery is charged at £3.95
- FREE UK Standard delivery on orders over £50
- International tracked and signed is charged at £14.95
We use Royal Mail to send all our parcels using recorded delivery, therefore all parcels will need to be signed for.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours but on occasions such as family holidays etc we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. We will keep you informed on the progress of your order via email and we will issue a dispatch confirmation when your order has left us.
